Head Coach - Scott Sadick

2019 marks Scott Sadick's third year as head coach for the Shawnee Mission Patriots Lacrosse Club. Sadick spent one year as the assistant coach before taking over the helm for the 2016-17 season.

Coach Sadick played college lacrosse at Kansas State University from 2011-2015, where he was voted Rookie of The Year as a freshman. In 2014, Sadick was awarded GRLC All-Conference Attack honors, while leading the team in points. He also served as Team Captain and Treasurer.

While at K-State Scott also coached the Kansas State Women’s Lacrosse program from 2012-2015, leading them to their most successful season in the program’s short history.  

Sadick graduated in 2015 with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He  continued his lacrosse career as an assistant coach for The University of Saint Mary men’s lacrosse team, a local NAIA program, until taking over for the Patriots.

Dusty Kilgore

Dusty will be entering his second year as head coach for the Shawnee Mission Patriots JV squad. He will look to improve upon an outstanding 2016-17 season. Kilgore also focuses on goalie work for both the Varsity and JV teams. Dusty brings 15+ years of coaching experience to the program and was welcomed back to his alma mater, Shawnee Mission.

Fred Neyhard

This will be Fred’s second year with the Patriots program. Neyhard will be focusing on the team’s defense and goalie work. Fred played his college lacrosse at Missouri State University where he was a pivotal part of the Bears defense. Neyhard started in the cage for the team but eventually moved into a versatile defensive role. Upon graduating  Fred remained for a year as an assistant coach for the Bears under head coach Dustin Rich.

Mac Morgan

Mac brings a lot of valuable lacrosse experience to his coaching position with the team, including winning two NJCAA Championships with Onondaga Community College. Upon graduating from OCC, Morgan transferred to the University of Saint Mary where he continued to add to his career accolades. He was voted a First Team All-American, as well as a NAIA Scholar Athlete in 2017. This is Morgan's second year working with the offense for the Patriots.

Andrew Winney

Andrew is going into his second year coaching the defense for the Shawnee Mission Patriots. Andrew played his college lacrosse at Kansas State University, anchoring down a young, but talented defensive unit. During his time at K-State, he was elected into an officer position as the team secretary for the 2014 season.

Beau Wright

The Shawnee Mission staff would like to welcome Beau Wright to the coaching team. Beau is a recent graduate of the Shawnee Mission Patriots program and will be working as an assistant JV coach for the 2017-18 season. As a 4-year starter for the Patriots, Beau will be looking to add a fresh perspective to the team’s young offense.
